The Work and the Wait

This Sunday’s message, The Work and the Wait (Isaiah 40:31; Psalm 27:14), reminds us that spiritual growth is never just one thing—it’s a holy tension of planting, growing, working, waiting, and harvesting all at once. At Hillside, we see God bringing fruit right now in our church and school, even as we plant seeds for the future and wait on His timing. Some visions may take years, or even outlast our lifetimes, but the promise is sure: “they that sow in tears shall reap in joy.”We’re called to be faithful in the work and patient in the wait—because God is always faithful to bring the harvest. 🌾
